3.Classified by usage:

(1). Manual strapping machine: It requires manual operation to complete the entire process. Under normal circumstances, there are electric hot melt and iron buckle clamping methods.

(2). Semi automatic strapping machine: It is necessary to manually insert the strapping before the machine can automatically complete the strapping process of gathering, bonding, cutting, and releasing the strapping. Due to the manual operation required for each product, the relative efficiency is relatively low.

(3). Fully automatic strapping machine: No manual insertion of straps is required. The triggering methods include jog, manual, continuous hitting, ball switch, and foot switch. Simply press the switch to automatically complete the strapping process, which is convenient and fast.
